Awful service. I had a flat tire and found out the car had two recalls. The tire had to be ordered and they only had 2 technicians that could work in my car. It took them 2 days to repair my car and did not offer loaner car or even pay for the car rental. All I got was a ride to enterprise. I mean, Toyota would give you a loaner if your car would take longer than a few hours. Not BMW! they will make you go through xxxx and back even when they know is because of their under staff and lack of loaner cars to help their customers. More
