This dealership is very efficient in every sense. Didn't take any time at all to drop off or pick up my car for the annual service and maintenance. At the same time took care of a factory recall. The Didn't take any time at all to drop off or pick up my car for the annual service and maintenance. At the same time took care of a factory recall. They also offered me a loaner for the day. Chris was at his usual best explaining everything in detail. Have boon going to them for years and will continue to do so. More

After two failed attempts to find slow coolant leak at two other different shops, decided to bring the cat here despite the steep price for diagnosis hoping at least the official BMW service can find it. two other different shops, decided to bring the cat here despite the steep price for diagnosis hoping at least the official BMW service can find it. Mentioned to the service advisor my thoughts and some areas where I noticed the signs of leak but he didn't pay attention to it. So at my first visit technician blew the expansion tank with extra pressure saying that the problem was there (despite I never saw any single trace of coolant around it but saw in the other areas). Their estimate was... $1300!!! For expansion tank replacement! 3.5 hours! Lol. I took the car, replaced the tank by myself (despite I did it first time after watching videos on YT, it took me 40 minutes including bleeding), issue didn't go away - same slow leak. Brought the car second time. This time they at least lifted the car, took off the bottom cover and checked everything. On video technician clearly stated that "there was no active leak", they cleaned everything, bled the system again and suggest to keep an eye on it. Took the car back again. Started checking every morning, without and with engine running and finally found it, Replaced flat o-ring and... no leak anymore. They of course refused to refund. Basically I did their job which I paid $250 by myself. Don't go there for service! Save your money and time. Their technicians not better than any other in non-authorised shops. Just find a good mechanic. More
