Scott was very helpful with our purchase of a 2011 Chevy Malibu. He was patient with us as we test drove several vehicles while the temperature was hot. HORRIBLE.Greg Jones after told who to send a referral check to (3 times)with address decided to send $100.00 to his friend and accused me and my wife of lying.Told him he sent out to the wrong person and check to (3 times)with address decided to send $100.00 to his friend and accused me and my wife of lying.Told him he sent out to the wrong person and said they will not send out another reffereal check to the proper ones that refered us.Spoke to the sales manager and he refused to do anything which at that point turned me off of the entire dealership.AVOID Sapaugh motors. A offer on my trade-in was done in a timely fashion and fiancing was quick and a lot of options were offered, and pressure was not. I know that the last two vehicles we've bought could have been reduced in price for us but then I've never been one to deny a business a profit either.
