My grandmother has called in multiple times over the last two weeks and every time she has either gotten Jenna or Kaylee. Kaylee is always very polite and helps her out immediately while Jenna never seems li two weeks and every time she has either gotten Jenna or Kaylee. She is very old so it’s hard for her to understand things on the phone and I just don’t understand why Jenna can’t be nicer about it. This has also happened more than 3 times now. My grandmother asked me to write a review for her because she can’t, I am also going to be calling in in the next week to discuss this issue because I don’t believe someone so rude should be employed in customer service. The car had a dent in the door when I picked it up, someone was supposed to call me to get it fixed, never got a phone call back.
