We had a very positive experience with Debbie when she worked at another dealership in our local area. When we were ready to purchase another car we were informed she was now working at Sapaugh so we dro worked at another dealership in our local area. She is very professional, a no-nonsence type person and we trust her. My husband and I have been so impressed with Debbie that we have purchased several cars from her and have referred our friends and family. The staff at Sapaugh are very courteous and I really enjoy the refreshment/lounge area. The little things like Debbie bringing us a cold bottle of water on a hot day meant so much to us. I experienced great overall service. They even found legitimate additional items that needed serviced. All items were covered under the extended warranty that I purchased when I purchased my GMC envoy u legitimate additional items that needed serviced. I purchased a vechile with Sapaugh in June of 2011. I must admit I had not planned on purchasing a low mileage vechile. I was looking to go in there and get me something with high miles to get back in f must admit I had not planned on purchasing a low mileage vechile. I was looking to go in there and get me something with high miles to get back in forth to work. I was standing in the parking lot and met Steve Ermer. The thing I like about Steve is that he was honest. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't want. I work in retail so I'm always looking for a bargin, and know the tricks of the trades when it goes to trying to sell something to people they really don't want. After spending time with Steve and telling him what I was looking for, I really liked the fact that he listen to what I was saying and helped me get into the right car. While filling out the paperwork for the car he told me that after I purchased the car if I need anything that all I had to do was call and he would help me out. I must say that I have had a couple of minor problems with the car and Steve and Sapaugh has been a business that stands on there word. Thank you Steve you are a great asset to your company. More

I would like to say....Steve is a great person and he did everything. I asked. I was a person that said I would never buy from Saupagh again and because of Steve I have eaten my words.....
