We had a flat tire on our 2022 Maverick Lariat which my husband attempted to fix but had some problems so we called Sarasota Ford. Because we had such exceptional service from our salesman, Andrew Sloma we husband attempted to fix but had some problems so we called Sarasota Ford. Because we had such exceptional service from our salesman, Andrew Sloma we called him and even though he was off work he answered our call and walked us through the problem. Since we still needed assistance with getting the spare and removing the damaged tire I went to Sarasota Ford to schedule their mobile service. Finding out that would not work Matt Coppens, Manager of the the Quick Line personally offered his assistance. During his lunch break he drove to our home in rural Sarasota county with his technician, Mason Waters to solve our problem with removing the spare and taking off the damaged tire. We were not only impressed with this unbelievable service but so grateful that these gentlemen were willing to go above and beyond to help us. Andrew, Matt, and Mason are truly examples of outstanding customer service. More

I’ve never been to a dealership where you can grab something to eat while watching a movie in a lounge chair. The finance department was extremely helpful. They have awesome comfort areas at the dealership. I like the no-haggle purchase experience. Mor than enough time to have sealed the purchase. And I didn't know if my earlyconta about the truck had made me the pending buyer/ owner!! Has been very confusing and frustrating to still see this maverick being offered for. sale, being in stock; yet still listed as " sale pending on this truck!! Not very good communication on a vehicle listed on your cars.com site!! Middle of the road to por rating by me based on the lack of real time information on this maverick truck which is pretty much exactly what I was searching for!!?! More
