A few days ago I had the pleasure to work with Mark Hays on purchasing a preowned vehicle from Sarasota Ford. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and have to say this has been my best dealership exp on purchasing a preowned vehicle from Sarasota Ford. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and have to say this has been my best dealership experience hands down. Mark was knowledgeable, respectful, and quick to respond in getting to the numbers we needed to make a deal happen. Upon arriving to the dealer Mark had both the vehicle prepped and my paperwork prepped to minimize the time spent in the finance office. I was also treated to lunch at the dealership’s Michelin star chef operated restaurant… but that’s not all. The dealership also features a movie theater and relaxation room with water massage chairs. Never before have I had the opportunity to watch Top gun in a recliner while waiting to get into the finance office. Just wow. I would make the 1.5 hr trip again and again to receive the level of service I had from Mark and Sarasota Ford. Thanks again! More
