Beware of Service Department! I purchased two vehicles from Savannah Toyota and had been a loyal customer for over 12 years. No more!! The service department lied to me on three I purchased two vehicles from Savannah Toyota and had been a loyal customer for over 12 years. No more!! The service department lied to me on three separate occasions. First, they replaced my brake pads with generic pads that squeaked. They told me that squeaking was "normal". The squeaking magically stopped after I insisted they put Toyota brake pads on instead. Next, they told me that I needed new tires, when I still had at least two more years left (two independent outside verifications). Finally, they told my son that he needed his brake rotors resurfaced. Another independent mechanic reassured me that they were fine. Don't believe anything the service department tells you!! They will try to sell you whatever they can!! More
