I can admit in a previous career, almost 20 years ago, I was in the auto service industry so I can be particular. Just keep that in mind when you read the following. After a less than positive experience with different service agent, Dimitri saved the day. He was attentive, friendly, honest and most of all took care of all of my concerns on what was a negative experience earlier in the week. Not only did he take the time to explain why the agent earlier in the week had substandard ability to provide A+ service, for the technical issues anyway, but he went above and beyond explaining things my sales representatives didn't even bother to go over with some of the packages I got with my vehicle. If you are in the Sayville area, make sure you ask for Dimitri. Diana is also a great person to work with. They have both done a great job for 2/3 of my service interactions. They should be commended by management. It is ultimately the people who make the difference in a service scenario. Its a hard job since many of the sceanrios are due to something being broken or failing in the vehicle we depend on.
