Dave is the service manager and he is the man -- he takes his job very seriously and runs a great service department. The technicians have always been very courteous when I have had to talk with them. I always get my car back with a car wash and a vaccuum. They have been able to get me loaner cars when I have needed them and I didn't even buy my CPO '05 RL from them! Schaller is awesome and if they have my next CPO car on their lot I will certainly consider purchasing from them. Their service department is tops, thanks to all for their hard work. More

Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Schaller Acura when i purchased my car. Teri was very helpful. Very quick and very nice to talk to on the phone. My only complaint would be my last service i also had them detail the car inside and out. And there were grease spots left inside the car and the wax job was poorly done. Lots of wax left in area's of the hood and doors. But other than that service has been wonderful. My next vehicle will be a new acura from Schaller. Ryan Podolski More
Schaller Acura is good to deal with on pricing and service after the sale. The vehicle was ready when promised for pick up and the service has been excellent after the sale. Scheduling for serivce is good and you do not have to wait to be put on hold on the phone while trying to schedule an appointment. The only area foR improvement is their service waiting room as it is not separate from the sales and traffic area in the show room. More

It seems that now days, dealers are afraid to do business online via email. When I was shopping for a new car, I engaged with Teri via email. I'm an Executive and don't have hours to spend talking about ca online via email. When I was shopping for a new car, I engaged with Teri via email. I'm an Executive and don't have hours to spend talking about cars. I did my research online, contacted Teri, and she happily engaged in dialogue with me. We came to terms and then I came in to the dealership to sign the paperwork - that was 2 cars ago. I was then, and continue to be very satisfied with Teri and Schaler Acura. More
My husband and I have been doing business with this dealership since 1995. They are professional and courteous and we have always felt that we have been dealt with fairly. We used to be a 2 Acura family, but now have 1 Honda and 1 Acura. We still want to bring the Honda to this dealership for service. More
My experience with Schaller Acura was great. I worked with Sadie Bride. I actually went to Schaller five times. First time was just to check out what they had on the lot. I went on a Sunday so I would with Sadie Bride. I actually went to Schaller five times. First time was just to check out what they had on the lot. I went on a Sunday so I wouldn't be approached by a sales person. Well, the next time I went was during the week. This time I walked into the dealership. As most do I walked in with my guard up. All of the sales people were busy with customers. This was fine with me because I just wanted to check out the demo MDX that was on the floor. I sat in the MDX for at least twenty five minutes. I then saw that Sadie was free. I asked her if it was okay to keep sitting. She replied "Sure, that's what they're there for". Then I just kept sitting and getting a feel for it. I asked if I could put the key in and play with the navigation screen and ELS. Reply was sure, just put it in auxiliary mode. I never felt any pressure or that I wasn't welcome to just sit and play. As I started to leave no one ran up to me to get my information (which actually made me feel good). I felt that I could just leave after spending all that time there with no one chasing me down. I actually went to Bob Kenton to set up a test drive for a different day. When I went back for the test drive (I was a little late) I saw that Bob was busy. So I decided to sit again in the demo for awhile. Then I saw that Sadie was free so I approached her stating why I was there. So I went for the test drive with Sadie. Bob was very apologetic that he was busy. He said I was in great hands with Sadie. This was a pleasant surprised that Schaller's sales people weren't out for themselves and their own commissions, bonuses, etc. I ended up test driving a new MDX and a Certified Pre Owned MDX. I hadn't made up my mind on which way to go. So I told Sadie what I wanted to see (year, mileage, color, trim, etc). She sat with me and went over what they currently have and what they expected to get in. She honestly and sincerely answered every question I had. Giving me the VIN numbers I requested, printing the Car Fax's I requested, etc. She went over every detail of what I wanted to see. I decided to wait to see a Certified Pre Owned MDX that had what I was looking for. Sadie was going to contact me when the MDX came in. When it came in (Sadie contacted me) I went for a test drive. After the test drive I sat down with Sadie and went over some figures. I wanted to see the figures for buying Certified Pre Owned vs buying new. Then I went home to think about it for for a couple of days. Went I went back I sat down with Sadie again and worked out a deal for a new MDX. My experience with Sadie was great. She was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable. Believe me she knows every detail about the cars. She can answer any question you have. In fact in my five visits to Schaller. I saw customers coming back because they needed more instruction on how to work something in their MDX's (so don't be afraid of the tech, Sadie will work with you). A couple of times I waited because Sadie was working with customers who have already purchased their MDX's. This impressed me that she was that concerned with customers who have already bought their MDX's. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SADIE! Even though I started off having my guard up as most do walking into a dealership. Sadie and Schaller made me feel comfortable and welcome. I did my research on Schaller before deciding to work with them. I get very detailed in my research (as Sadie well knows). I check BBB, customer reviews, check with MDX owners, service dept, etc. I do my homework and I decided that I wanted to work with Schaller. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Schaller and Sadie Bride. Love my MDX by the way. So does everyone else. More
