Having owned other Japanese, German, Italian and Swedish cars, we were very impressed with the Acura's quality and driving experience. Equally important is the dealership. In 1999 we decided to by a new Acura TL and discovered a distinguished Sales Department as well. Teri Lupacchino has been our Sales Consultant since then. Her customer care and product knowledge made our buying experience a pleasurable one.. We want to also acknowledge Schaller's exceptional Service Department. Notably, Dave Wiltse, Service Director since it's opening in 1986. Also, Service Advisers Brian Coughlin, (with whom we have been dealing with since 1992), Glenn Anderson and Joe De La Cruz. There are other Acura dealerships in our immediate area. However, we travel over 50 miles to have our cars serviced at Schaller. This dealership's continued commitment to it's customers for almost 3 decades is why it has earned our 5 star rating. More
