Straight Forward Service After going to different dealerships I came to Schaller Honda and was immediately greeted by salesman Angel Rivera. I had my guard up because I know how sales people pressure you in to buying their vehicles. This visit was different. I did not feel pressure at all I explained to Angel what I wanted in a vehicle and also my budget and he worked with me to find the perfect match. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward with me. There was no beating around the bush. As a consumer I love sales people who don't play games. From the helpful staff to the mechanics, the experience was a positive one. They provided me with shuttle service all the way to East Windsor, which was a blessing for me. I again need auto body work, new rear bumper and body side molding. My car is a 2003 in very good condition. I plan on keeping it. Again, my experience was met with great service, follow up, and a gentleman in the Auto Body Shop named Mike who led me through the process with friendliness, helpful information and judgment, and followup to match. Thank you to a tech named Jim who followed up with me also! The results were just great! From my first phone call to the finish line, I was a happy customer! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else because I trust this dealership. I used to live in New Britain years ago and Schaller was the BEST around and still is to this day....that was over thirty years ago! Kathy More
Paid for service that didn’t happen I was there Friday for the hundred miles service I paid 560 to have my serpentine belt spark plug and valv gasket. When I was there to pay I notice th I was there Friday for the hundred miles service I paid 560 to have my serpentine belt spark plug and valv gasket. When I was there to pay I notice the surpentine belt was not on the repair. The girl came out and said it was done it was part of the 100 miles change. When I got home my son looked at my car and said the belt wasn’t change. When I called the girl I told her she lied and the belt wasn’t changed. I was upset and did raise my voice beacause I asked her there and she kept saying yes it was. She said if I keep raising my voice she will hang up on me. I asked for manager she said he wasn’t there. Now I have to go back Saturday to get it done and she said for no charge. No kiddingI already paid for it? Is is because I was old and a women she was playing me for a sucker. If my son didn’t look I would of never known! So much for Schiller Honda. There other Honda dealers ! I loved that place but thank God my son decided to look,! ROTTEN SERVICE!!MrsMorehouse More
