They didn't have a coupe in the color I wanted on the lot. They tried to push a color I didn't want on me so they could get it off the lot for their end-of-the-year numbers. I was told I wouldn't qualify for the Honda promotion at the time (free remote car starter with any 2012 Civic) because I didn't purchase from off the lot. The car in my color took much longer than promised to come in. After I threatened to cancel the sale, they finally gave me a loaner from the lot. After six months of having the car, I received notice of a recall on a major part. I contacted Schaller. They were very rude and not apologetic. I certainly understand that it wasn't their fault, but there is a degree of professional courtesy to be extended in a recall situation. I was told I could have "courtesy shuttle service" to my house while the car was being fixed. This was very inconvenient for me, so I asked for a loaner. The fellow on the phone argued with me for a while trying to tell me they don't give loaners, even though I had had one six months before!!!!!! He claimed they have never given a loaner to a customer and that I must be mistaken. He then told me that they could get me a loaner from Enterprise, but "It'll cost ya." After spending upwards of $20K on a vehicle, I would have expected the inconvenience of a recall six months later to be dealt with MUCH more professionally. More
We went in the purchase a car with a set price and payment amount. We walked out spending more then we wanted and not was given out payment amount until the time of signing the paperwork a week later. payment amount. We paid a $329 fee to have the car registered only to find out they just transfered our old registion and almost ran the risk out losing our new car due to outdated registration on the part of Schaller Honda. I will never be recommending Schaller Honda to anyone in need of a car. More

I would recommend Schaller Honda to my friends and family! I had a great experience purchasing my new CRV. I visited their website and e-mailed them for pricing information. Rachel responded rather quickly and gave me a great price! I left a credit card deposit to hold the car and came in the next day for delivery. I was so happy when I signed the paperwork and the numbers were exactly the same. I love my CR-V and couldn't be happier! Who knew buying a car could be so easy and quick.
