Throughout the process of fixing our vehicle from a minor accident we were left weekly messages that were exactly the same as the weeks before as if there was no progress at all. The gentleman with the deep accident we were left weekly messages that were exactly the same as the weeks before as if there was no progress at all. The gentleman with the deep voice at the front desk was short and disrespectful when answering my questions via phone. The same gentleman told me "We don't do loaner vehicles as part of our service". This service took a total of 6 weeks to fix. Service makes or breaks the reputation of any dealership. My saying is simple, "If I am not treated as a priority customer, the dealership should not be priority for us". There are other dealers wanting our business.
