Initially I was very pleased. Amber was great,follow up exceptional, she made the sale. Dylan and Jim dropped the ball. Waited 1.5 Hours to be picked up. Drove down specifically to meet Dylan, he was to busy. Paid cash for the Ridgeline, after the dealership got payment they didn't care. Unfortunate my neighbor was interested in a new Ridgeline but I had to be honest about my purchase. More

The experience I had with Schaller Honda was exceptional, I knew how much in my budget and what I wanted to upgrade my car. I have driven a Civic and two older CR-V's and was considering luxury compact cars I knew how much in my budget and what I wanted to upgrade my car. I have driven a Civic and two older CR-V's and was considering luxury compact cars too. Each person was professional and helpful. It took me long time to decide, I knew from first visit this was dealer that I would purchase from and I love my new/used CR-V. Forever grateful also to Mr. Jim O'Connor who was my salesman.
