I waited three weeks for an appointment for a recall repair on June 27, 2023,, arrived at 8am and left my car there for half a day with a ride on the shuttle without a loaner, only to be called in the a repair on June 27, 2023,, arrived at 8am and left my car there for half a day with a ride on the shuttle without a loaner, only to be called in the afternoon and told that they had no “repair kits” available that day. No apologies were made on the telephone. I was told this after my car was there for hours and after I paid for an oil change. When I retrieved my car, there was no one in management present to explain, apologize or offer a solution to the problem. I was also given the most expensive (full synthetic) oil in my 2010 car, which I never use. I will not give my business to Schaller any longer. More

We took our car into Schaller Honda on April 29th, only two weeks after we bought it from them. Their service man was driving our car and smashed it up. They have done nothing to help us.
