I left several messages with Steve Ambrose, Sam in financing, and no one called be back. A week later I called to speak to a manager, and was sent to Mark. I got the impression I was interrupting him. I was told the check for my trade-in had gone out some time last week (he didn't know when). As a customer, I appreciate it when people in customer service call me back. I was also told by Sam (when I was purchasing the vehicle), that the extended warranty I was paying for was the same warranty as the original. As I was reading through all the paperwork, I realized it was not. If he is selling something, he should know the facts about it. The whole experience has been infuriating. I have enough on my plate; buying a new car should be a pleasant experience. Your people made sure that did not happen.
