This was the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Our salesman Michael K. did a thorough walk around and explained every detail of the car we were buying. Everything from the time of arrival to leaving the lot was exceptional and very professional. Finance explained everything and even got me a better rate then I was expecting. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Haggerty is the place to go! Dario was a patient and amazing salesperson, helped us to find the right Bronco Sport, with absolutely no pressure to buy. Super kind, knowledgeable and honest guy. Their manager gave us a great deal on our trade-in and the final price, and the finance guy, Tom, was a hoot! Tom actually explained the warranty options and did NOT push the more expensive Ford warranty. It truly was a transparent deal. As a fun full-circle moment, my grandfather bought an Oldsmobile from Jack Haggerty Oldsmobile back in the early 1980s. More than 40 years later, our family is buying from the Haggerty family again—and we couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Haggerty Ford and will be using them again in the future. It was well worth the drive from the city!

I usually hate the dealership experience, but was pleasently surprised with the one I had here! From the point I walked in to the point I drove off in my new ride everything went flawlessly! Mateusz and Damian went above and beyond to make sure I picked out the right car, got a good deal, and even helped me navigate the complicated world of financing my first vehicle. I have never walked out of a place of business with such a great experience. These guys left me smiling and satisfied. Cannot thank them enough! They really are the best in the Midwest!

I finalized a deal in cash to purchase a new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road pick-up truck from Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on Ashland Ave in Chicago, Illinois on August 11, 2005. I traded in my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 that was also purchased at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. in August of that year. On August 9, 2005, I viewed my new 2005 truck for the first time. It was a filthy mess. I never said a word about its appearance at that time because I was assured on Thursday August 11th that it would be ready and prepared for delivery. I returned to Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on that date to trade my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 in and pick-up my new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road truck. After the transaction was completed, I had a chance to view my new truck again. Due to the weather conditions, I was not able to totally inspect the vehicle the way it needed to be because it was raining that day. When I went home and after it stopped raining, I was able to thoroughly inspect my new truck. I was shocked to find out when I lifted the hood, the engine compartment was filthy and the front grill where the top meets the hood was bubbled, faded, and cracked. The bed of the truck was covered with some sort of tree sap because the finish was so faded and dull they could not initially clean it. All four tires had an average of 25 lbs. of pressure when the maximum air pressure is 44 lbs. Also one valve stem cap was missing on the right rear tire. How nobody at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. ever saw the condition of this vehicle is beyond me.

I let Webb service this gasket and had no problem until The wife drove the van to West Virgina through the mountains. Bam! The engine blew and I had to buy a new engine in Mt.Airy, NC. Anyway, when I got back to Chicago<br>I called Webb and told them what had happened, they said bring in the repair bill and they would see if Ford Motor would refund my money for the head gasket. The results were positive and I received<br>a refund. Happy-Happy.
