My experience wasnt very grate at all I purchased a used car from them and on the way home I found the vehical making a clunking noise from the front end. I test drove the vehical but didnt hear it at that car from them and on the way home I found the vehical making a clunking noise from the front end. I test drove the vehical but didnt hear it at that time do to the roads being not that harsh. I notified the dealer and brought it the next day. I was told they do a Thorough inspection on the vehicle before putting it out on the lot. I cant believe that as being true. Before I brought it to the dealer the next day I had it inspected by another mechanic and upon his Inspection he checked the air filter and found a tool laying in the air Box along with the filter being completely gumped up. Also the noise was coming from a bad air shock. They said they did a tire rotation which they may have but when the mechanic removed the tire there was Clear signs of corrosion on the inside of the rim. Which lead me to believe they did nothing. Any good mechanic knows that if a tire rotation or the tires removed and the corrosion is not removed you Risk a tire possibly coming off due to it not seating right. They didn't remove a single bit of the corrosion. Those mechanics either flew through this car with out properly inspecting it or just skipped a bunch of stuff altogether When I brought it back later on that day and told them about what I had found I was told they they couldnt find the noise and wouldnt fix anything. I wasn't expecting them to do much but At least clean the corrosion on the tires they removed Or fix the clunky noise but all I got was we can give you a free oil change. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone or let alone let there techs touch my car. All they are concerned about is getting you in and out as fast as possible with little to no customer service or appreciation. I went in there with 8 grand down on a used car and feel like they just ripped me off. They could care less if they make a customer happy. More

Jashley was very pleasant and great with following up with the questions I had, it was a stress-free negotiation. I was interested in a specific 2022 GT Premium model (shadow black with red leather interior), and by the time I got to the dealership, they had modified it by adding a cool-looking rear spoiler, a second front splitter, hood struts, blacked out the badges, an awesome job. Since I live about 40 miles away, Jashley gave me a ride to the dealership to take delivery of the car, much appreciated. Very happy with my beautiful speeding ticket machine so far and planning to have a few other mods done there. More

I took my 2022 Ford Bronco which I purchased at this dealership for service and wow did they F*** everything up. A simple tire rotation was not done correctly. I purchase an exhaust through Ford performance at the dealership and a simple axle back exhaust was not done correctly. Maybe Bob Rohrman should pay his employees on the quality of work and not how fast he gets people in an out. I will not return to this dealership for anything anymore. The buying experience was great but unfortunately the service ruined everything. I’ve bought 23 cars in the last 17 years so this is a big loss for Bob Rohrman. More
