This dealership will lie to you, they resort to the classic addons scam like any other two bit unscrupulous dealership. I was in the market for a 2016 Fiat 500e, stickered at 13850, I messaged this dea classic addons scam like any other two bit unscrupulous dealership. I was in the market for a 2016 Fiat 500e, stickered at 13850, I messaged this dealership through Cars.com, my initial messages had all my questions. Yet despite having forwarded my correspondence initially, an associate Danny Grant asked what my inquiries are. So immediate strike one, for just basic incompetence, I abhor having to repeat myself. Unfortunately, this dealership is likewise as inattentive as other such dealerships. It did not bear repeating, but I've asked my same questions again, and we're handed off to Sarah Andruska. So, we talked over a few days, I thought the process was going along too well, the financing, the inquiries, and then up to the signing. Right there, in the fees section, were two addons of a ridiculous, exorbitant nature, that drew the price up an additional 2000 dollars. It was the classic "we've applied unremovable options to your order, without telling you first in the least". So, I either had to accept the deal 2000 surprise dollars above the sticker price, or leave. I stood my ground, I absolutely did not ask for Xzylon Molecular Adhesion for 1300 dollars, and Spireon Locator for another 600, and they certainly were not forward and transparent at all about these options that they so helpfully helped themselves to applying to my car. Which is funny considering that they advertise quite proudly how"transparent" a dealership they are. They said by their BS, claiming that they apply it to all the cars, after I stood firm to not obligating this blatantly dishonest manipulation, that had the gall to tell me "no deal", then relisted the car, with addendums in the fees as being 2000 dollars more than when I first asked for this car. How nice of them to pass on this wonderful deal to the next sucker. In that time, there has even been another addon appended to the car, making it another 400 dollars higher. People, this is dishonest, you should not have to pay for anything like this, especially if they don't exercise the due diligence of being forward with any pertinent information regarding your immensely significant purchase. This is illegal, the FTC and Attorney General has taken down such dealerships for these exact dishonest practices. You should not be allowed to be charged for factory installed extras, and, if dealers apply their own extras, they have to be honest about it, they have to give you a chance to consent to them. Bob Rorhrman Schaumburg Ford will lie to you to just secure another grand or three or of you, these guys work against you. Isn't it telling, how there are so many people there not even working under their real names? That's funny isn't it, that so many people at so many dealerships work under fake names, and again, Bob Rorhrman Schaumburg Ford is exactly like any other dishonest dealership in that. Be aware, be awake, tell people, tell your Attorney General, tell the the FTC, know your rights, know how to protect yourself. Do. Not. Get. Taken. For. A. Ride. More

Mostly positive sales experience - sales rep wasn't pushy and moved us through fairly quickly. They weren't the most knowledge about cars though which surprised me. Had a recall and a warranty claim on the same day. Had to go to the dealership twice just to get the warranty claim in the system.
