Had substantial damage to the underside of the car. Insurance company was very difficult to work with. They dropped the ball on a couple of occasions. Schaumburg Ford Stepped in and provided a loaner and advised me I had it until such time as my car was ready. I also I cannot. say enough about Evan, my service advisor, he took on the problems with the insurance company and kept me well informed as the repair progressed. More

To start off this is honestly the WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought a Ford F-150 and as soon as I drove it off the lot it started having problems! In the 6 mo UNPROFESSIONAL dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought a Ford F-150 and as soon as I drove it off the lot it started having problems! In the 6 months that I had the truck I took it to the service team 5 times and all for different problems. The first 4 times were an ok experience besides the fact that during the process of them working on my truck I got minimum updates and it was very hard to reach them over the phone. The last time I took it to get looked at was for the check engine light coming on they told me it was a cam shaft sensor that had to be replaced, they had it for over a week and gave me no loner vehicle and when they were “completed” with the work I went to pick it up and started driving home and the check engine light turned back on with the same code and same sensor, took it back to them and they told me they couldn't do anything about it since warranty wouldn't cover it because they had to “take the whole truck apart” to figure out the issue! Whole experience was horrible and definitely would NEVER go back to them and recommend nobody does! They obviously sold me a truck with a-lot of problems that I believe they knew about but didn't care to fix before selling it! I repeat WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DEALT WITH! More
