I had a great experience with the staff, however, I got an oil change and tire rotation which was supposed to include checking tire pressure and filling if needed. When I picked up my car the tires were ro an oil change and tire rotation which was supposed to include checking tire pressure and filling if needed. When I picked up my car the tires were rotated, however the pressure was not checked because 2 of the tires were 31and one was 30 and one was 29 which is what they were when I dropped it off. More

Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales person was good but fell short on a few issues. Also, did not offer a copy of the Carfax, which would have been nice to have at the time (note, I subsequently went online and paid $40 to get the Carfax myself). I am happy with my car, but reflecting on the whole experience, it seems like he just wanted to make a sale and didn't go the extra mile to do a thorough walk around of the car or to review a lot of its features. Mark Anderson was excellent and informed me of a few things that Bill should have but didn't. More
