Had an absolutely horrible experience. Brought my minivan in and waited there for 90 minutes and they refused to fix it due to "damage" on the door. Told me that a body shop should fix it. Brought it to a we in and waited there for 90 minutes and they refused to fix it due to "damage" on the door. Told me that a body shop should fix it. Brought it to a well respected body shop in town who punched the tiny dent out in 20 seconds (was told it was from someone opening their car door into mine). The body shop said absolutely it should be the responsibility of the dealership to fix this as the problem was the door alignment. Dealing with the head of service was Phil Principato, who continuously interrupted me and gaslit me claiming my car has been in an accident when it hasn't. Would not listen and is obviously uncomfortable with strong females. I sent my car back a second time, this time with my husband and he had to get the body shop on the phone in order for them to "believe" him. They finally decide they will look at the door and tell him the final step is to take to the body shop down the street. Phil gave my husband the incorrect body shop. My husband called the Kia dealership back and they claimed the body shop must have moved. Re called the body shop and asked if they've moved and they said no, never. Ridiculous. Was planning on purchasing a new fully loaded telluride through this dealership but absolutely will not get another kia ever again due to the time wasted wild goose chase. Phil Principato should not be a service manager. Most despicable experience ever. More
