They do a decent job. However making an appointment for anything is terrible. Online, calling, both took at least 5 times of trying. Their mailboxes are full so you can’t leave a message. The online platform really is useless. But if you can make an appointment, you will have to wait to be greeted and addressed but will finally service your vehicle once they are set. More
I had a question of some importance the day after the purchase. I left two voicemails and two emails to the salesperson with no response. I called 4 times to speak to the sales manager. The operator was awesome. The took a message for me Then suddenly the salesperson called back He did not have good or clear information on my concern and was trying to dismiss my concern He advised finally that I could bring the car to service if I really wanted to (???) At service the people I talked with were great! Phil was hugely helpful but they were surprised sales advised me to bring the car in as they could not correct the problem. But at least they gave me good assurances that the car was safe and provided a short term fix to my first problem. Complete lack of confidence from the sales department More
I brought my car in. For my key phone not working and the tire pressure sensor error. My tires pressure was fine. This was over 2 months ago twice where no work was done because warranty approval was not obt tire pressure sensor error. My tires pressure was fine. First I was told it was the sensors on the tires which I did not buy from Kia the 2nd visit I was told it was the sensors on the car. As I kept calling back to find out if it was approved if I got a call back it was very vague telling me accounting was looking into it. Which I found odd. Finally a few weeks 6 weeks in the service manager explained that my extended warranty was never filed 4 years ago. And they were in the process of getting it filed. Friday after calling twice in the last week for an up update I finally got a call that nothing was covered. And to fix my key fob is $400 per key and no quote on the sensors for the tire pressure. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone the customer service is horrible when I can barely get a phone call back. This was my first and probably last Kia I will own. I was upset because I drove from Algonquin to come and get my 2nd key. That should’ve been given to me at my signing. It’s been close to 2 months and nothing until I kept emailing. Then the key was ordere get my 2nd key. That should’ve been given to me at my signing. It’s been close to 2 months and nothing until I kept emailing. Then the key was ordered but come to realize it was the wrong key. So drove so far, wasting gas and my time to have to come back at a later time. I think for this mess up and how it’s been close to 2 months without having it. My keys should be upgraded to have remote start or something to have an unpleasant experience but the gentleman at the service center was very helpful and sweet with informing me of the situation. Great dealership with great people. The salesman Bill Brennan helped me get the vehicle I wanted and never hassled me into looking at other options at the dealership.
