I took my car in for a recall service. They stated that it was going to be checked first and if parts needed to be ordered I would have to come back. Luckily they had the parts in stock and what was suppos it was going to be checked first and if parts needed to be ordered I would have to come back. Luckily they had the parts in stock and what was supposed to be an hour long service was done in 20 minutes. I went to grab something to eat and the service clerk offered me a ride which was nice of him then offered to pick me up when he called to notify me that they were done early. For check out all I did was give 1 signature and I was done. More

Donny my sales person was very nice. But the dealership is very unprofessional.Tried to add $600 dealer addons.I said in writing I didn't want and wouldn't pay for before delivery.The extras I asked for we is very unprofessional.Tried to add $600 dealer addons.I said in writing I didn't want and wouldn't pay for before delivery.The extras I asked for were not listed and itemized on the bill of sale. Also the written warranty for the under coating. Was never presented to me. And the showroom wasn't clean dirt in every corner. Been 3 weeks after delivery.
