Nice staff. The showroom looks awful. Tape on the ground, cubicles that are falling apart, and piles of stuff in some of the cubicles. Looks at Toyota or Honda’s showroom and then look at this one. Decent prices, but the service is not good. My salesperson was Reuben and he was somehow just never around when I was there. Took about 40 minutes to go from salesperson to finance after we agreed salesperson was Reuben and he was somehow just never around when I was there. Took about 40 minutes to go from salesperson to finance after we agreed on a price. Would not compensate me for gas even though I had to go back to the dealership due to their inability to provision a license plate for me the day I purchased. Had to drive 35 minutes there and back, and they couldn't even fill my tank up by 2 gallons. More

Engages in deceptive advertising practices and claims not to know how dealer incentives work until the last minute, when something has to change and cost the customer just a little bit more.
