Towed to dealership due to unknown-power issue, turned out to be the battery. Dealer replaced the battery without issue but failed to communicate final price. There was no communication during this time and no follow up from dealer, despite several phone calls; even left two messages with the so-called service manager, to no avail. Only found out status of repairs when I showed up in the service department and demanded my vehicle. More

MSRP price good but added options to order I did not want. Kia customer service rep Rahsheed said Kia only builds Tellurides from the order sheet sent by dealer. I was only given a receipt for the deposit because that is all I needed according to sales department. When I picked the car sales and finance said there is nothing they can do because dealer has already paid for car. No adjustment was made. Was told sometimes Kia just adds things to order. Dealers usually get 30 days to pay for cars not before car is delivered. Bob Rohrman would be rolling over in his grave if this is the way they operate now. Be careful if you go here. More
