This dealership needs some TLC. I have no complaints regarding Ruben the sales associate that took my Telluride order. Perhaps because I was spending 50k on a vehicle my expectations were high. However, the attitude from one of the finance guys was that they were doing me a favor by giving me a slightly better (1k more) on trade because I expected them to honor the price they quoted me when I paid my deposit two months ago. Apparently, big Kia messed up and gave me some extra mats and now the dealership is going to lose thousands of dollars. We all know everyone wants the telluride but we all also know that they are making a TON of money. That’s the money part that wasn’t well handled by them. The dealership itself is pretty dirty with some of the chairs stained so badly you don’t want to sit on them. It’s surprising to see since I figured the rohrman dealership name would result in higher quality. More
