Refused to tell me if my car was still under warranty over the phone. They said I had to bring it in to tell for sure. Then they charged me an hour of labor to tell me it wasn't under warranty while dete over the phone. They said I had to bring it in to tell for sure. Having issues with my SUV is not a pleasant experience; however all KIA staff made me feel welcome and very special. Phil and Chris were really exceptional. They listened and were very attentive.
