I specifically asked Mark the manager that I did not want my car ran through the wash. This was due to just getting my bumper fixed and repainted. I am requested by Gerber to not wash my car through any type my car ran through the wash. This was due to just getting my bumper fixed and repainted. I am requested by Gerber to not wash my car through any type of machine for a month. When he called to let me know that my vehicle is done I asked again to make sure he agreed that it did not. When walking me to the counter to pay as I’m going to he slips in that my car was ran through. I was very upset and he did not seem to care. When I asked him on the phone you told me that it wasn’t and he lied to me. instead of taking ownership that his team and him had messed up he proceeded to blame the other person. & on top of it lie to me that it wasn’t him that called me. Very unprofessional I’ve always have something going on wrong there and I’m just tired of it I don’t think I’ll come back there anymore. I’ve been a loyal customer to guys for over two years, purchased my vehicle there, purchase my services as well as my windshield wipers. I don’t feel like I’m treated like a valued customer. You definitely need to step up your customer service. More
