But due to the limited availability of the car at the time, I put up with more than what I would normally. The detailing job upon delivery of the car was very poor. There were sticker marks all over the car when I got it home. The used car dealer was smoking a cigarette right in front of the new car during our internal inspection, and the smell sucked right into the cabin of the car. Sales team never called back after leaving voicemails regarding a warranty issue. The service team was more responsive, but never provided a solution. I ended up going to a local dealer to solve the problem. More

Each person helped in their own way to overcome problems so sale can happen.I generally would not buy from a dealer too far from home,but when I saw how willing they were to make it happen,I agreed to get my first Kia here. Jesse had a calm,kind,demeanor on phone when I called in that made me decide to come out on Saturday. I needed to come out on Monday to wrap things up and remove my bike rack so my lease can be returned to Buick. Shop and staff worked hard to complete the task. Corrosion was culprit which made it terrible to remove. Finally mission complete,removed,and we are still working together to see best way to handle the rack. I appreciate all help I received. More
