What seemed like them being overly helpful was just until they sold the car. I had mentioned our mechanic said the car wasn’t safe to drive, the used car guy said they could help with that and others said th they sold the car. Had to wait nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change, then told I needed sir and cabin filters. Only to find out that one of them was not in stock. When I went to pay the cashier wasn't there.
