We worked with Joel on what we found out was his very first day! We were greeted immediately after walking into the dealership by Joel. This speaks very highly of him, especially given we spent 5 hours prior at other dealership looking at vehicles. Most of the times when buying a car you feel you have to wheel and deal to get the best price, but we knew they were doing their best to get our 2012 Kia Optima in our price range. Chris was very friendly and even though there were some problems, he made the problems easier to take. The things that went wrong were simply beyond his control. Although our frustration was becoming obvious, Chris did his best to fix each and every problem. We were certainly disappointed that our "new" vehicle that we specifically ordered had 300 miles on it. This disappointment had nothing to do with Chris. He gives off a very calming effect and was very patient, even when all three of us were asking questions at the sametime.
