Dealership kept my car during a week for an engine swap, supposedly, and after a week, I am told that it's only an injector issue and to completely fix the issue, it will cost me $3,200. It cost me $55 daily to rent a car plus the $159 dealership dare to charge for inspection. I definitely took my business somewhere else with a serious customer care. More
I was given the absolute impression that once you bought the vehicle that you were no longer important to them. The salesman I bought the car from was very nice as was the new young women in financing and t the vehicle that you were no longer important to them. The sales manager was rude and patronizing and the GM never called me back. On the up side I'm appreciative of the experience. It makes me appreciate the people that still care and will go above and beyond especially when a customer is upset. This was a learning experience as I will never buy a car that is not manufactured by the dealership selling it and I now also have an amazing topic for my TED talk that I will give in front of a pannel of my Companys Leaders and colleagues alon 2 weeks. Went through so much for 30 days dealing with that car and that dealership: not once when I requested to speak with the GM, was he around. The day I was fed up, I reached out for the last time before contacting BBB/States Attorney. Living in Chicago having to drive to and from was taking away financially. Interfered with my business and they did show they cared until the last minute. Tiffany did what she could to help me and I appreciate her. Dealership bought the car back and end up getting the K5, what I asked for to begin with but that salesmen SUGGESTED what she wanted me to have. THANK YOU! ALDO! He took great care of me from beginning to end the Second time around. I appreciate all the help but for me having to go through ALL of that, unnecessary. More
