We dropped off our 2022 Kia Telluride for an oil change and a parking sensor issue, we quickly found out that we needed to leave the car for few days because a certain part was on back order. Marc and Isaac arranged for a loaner car and we went about our business, Halfway through the drive we got a flat but could not change the tire because the lug key was missing, we called the service department ( 10 minutes before they were closing ) and Marc and Isaac quickly arranged for another loaner car to be delivered, Everything worked out perfectly , we went about our way and my Kia was ready for pick up sooner than expected. Everyone at the service department was very friendly and responsive, especially considering they were about to close and probably wanted to just go home for the night . We didn’t sense any attitude. Marc and Isaac quickly came up with a solution and we were on the road within 20 minutes. Thank you for a great service and experience. More
