I will say on the positive side , the staff was VERY patient with me (particularly the salesman and finance guy) with me when I was making the decision to buy my car there. Also the salesman answered ALL the questions I had about the particular vehicle . Even staying after hours with no complaints , but there several issues that would make me not return or recommend the dealership . I drove quite a ways to get there and before I got there I was told there was a certain car there that I had been interested in and also one coming in that Saturday but when I got there none of that information was accurate. I still ended up finding a car I wanted so I let that part go. My biggest issue is since I’ve purchased my car , is the communication has not been then the best. When I’ve tried to reach out to the salesmen I purchased the car from and also the finance person I dealt with when I was there . They do not return calls or answer emails . I’ve had to call several times , left voicemails, sent an email and still no response . I understand, things make it busy at work sometimes but it took days for me to get a hold of someone. More

Very unprofessional dealership. The only person that was polite at the whole place was RUBEN. He was my sales guy. Not a pleasant experience at their service department. Service manageris very rude and si was the GENERAL MANAGER. when i had issue at service and went to discusswith GM, I was shocked to see his behaviour. He also was very rude and seemed mad/upset before i could even talk to him. He couldnt even do an eye contact when he was talking. I guess service manger had talked to him about my issue prior to me being in his office. Will NEVER take my car for service at this location or will even tbink about buying another vehicle from BOB ROHRMAN SCHAUMBURG KIA.
