Got sucked in with a bait-and-switch. Do not trust these people. Both of us (my wife and I) took time off of work, drove for a half an hour only to be told, “oh, sorry, it just sold 1 Do not trust these people. How about THIS car?” They had been contacting us continuously—at their request, we called when we were on our way. All was good. But when we got there, nada. I don’t believe it was ever actually there. The rep, Brenda Hernandez, was calling continuously up until we walked out. She didn’t even come out and see us. The concierge just said, nope! Since then, no communication. No apology. Horrible experience. You have been warned. More
