Back when I bought my forte gt in July, I almost waited until this dealership had my car in stock to buy from them due to their sales teams. HOWEVER, their servicing department will be their downfall. I brought my car in for repairs after hitting a curb. What should of been a routine fix of a new wheel bearing ended up being a $3800 estimate and a claim filed with 4 weeks of my car just sitting there. They couldn’t email pictures to my agent , lost my keys, and wouldn’t return my rims and tires to me that they ‘deemed’ needed to be replaced. After making their repairs, the sound I brought the car in for was still making the sound, Find another dealer for your repairs. Simple as that. More
