I originally came to the dealer just to look. I had found a Scion Xb advertised on the internet and wanted to check it out. The car was considered used but a 2011 model with 6700 miles is hardly used. It i a Scion Xb advertised on the internet and wanted to check it out. The car was considered used but a 2011 model with 6700 miles is hardly used. It is hard to find a used Xb with mileage under 10,000 it just does not happen. We use this dealership all time for my wife's maintenance on her Toyota Sienna and is just 10 minutes from home. I spent my time with CJ and Manoj, both who were fantastic. Dealerships are generally looked down upon but this is my second Toyota purchase and both of these experiences were far better than the ones I had with Saturn and Chevrolet. It was easy to talk to CJ as he was just about my age and being the sales manager was able to make many decisions himself without looking for approval, a major plus. Very knowledgeable when it came to the numbers of the car and figuring all the odds and ends. Manoj handled most of the technical questions regarding my trade-in and specs/options of the Xb. The car sold itself. The Xb is already loaded with all the good stuff you need. I got the remote start and all weather floor mats for the car. The deal finalized Monday night and Tuesday morning I got a call from Toyota they could do the remote start and mats the next day. Service had me drop the car off and was out the door in 10 minutes with a 2013 Rav4 loaner at no charge. Got the car back later that day and its been great since. More

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My mom and I went in and we were graced with an awesome salesman, Mr. Emmanuel Dionisio. My mother and I has been visiting a couple of dealers earlier that day, where I had narrowed it down to Nissan and Toyota. Upon entering the Schaumburg Toyota our intentions were to just look around and see all the deals. We were just walking around the dealer when Mr. Dionisio approached us and asked if we needed help. He directed us to the location of which we were interested in. Then he offered us additional service by inviting us into his office. After an hour of negotiating with my mom, we were sold. Not only was he amazing but he had spectacular customer service skills that my mother and I automatically knew we were lucky to have had him as our salesmen! I would definitely come back for future purchases and have heard my mother recommend Mr. Dionisio to her friends as I have done the same. My husband and I had been looking for a good used Volkswagon Beatle Convertable for a number of months. We found one on Schaumberg Toyota's used car lot shortly after it had been traded in. We test drove the vehicle and found that it needed a few repairs. We expressed our interest in buying the car. The salesman and a used car manager said they would get the problems fixed and would let us know when it was done. They said we did not need to put down a deposit that they would keep it for us. The salesman called to let us know it was done at which time we asked for final numbers so we could get our loan from our bank. The salesman said he would call us back the next day with the numbers. He called the next day and by the time we called him back the dealership had sold the car to someone else because the other salesman was not aware that the car was being held for us. When we called to talk to the used car manager about what had occured he said that our salesman had said we weren't interested in the car. They each had given us different stories about what had happened. Obviously, the word of the sales people and managers at this dealership is not trustworthy! This dealership is very disorganized and needs, at a minimum, to implement a better system of communicating and holding cars. Go somewhere else to buy your car so you won't waste your time and be disappointed. There must be more reputable dealerships out there!!! More

I decided I wanted some aftermarket options for my new Rav4. The dealership was so understanding and helpful, because I have a very scheduled lifestyle. There was no problem in supplying me with a loaner vehicle during the time they needed to do all the work. When I went to pick up the car there was a very, very, very minor hiccup. Brian Matuszewski, the Night Shift Manager, took notice of it, apologized for it and personally took care of the issue. He kept me completely in the loop as the work was being completed. He personally made certain he was available when I finally picked up the car. He made me feel like a valued customer - I take that back - he made me feel like I was part of his family and he was going to make certain I had nothing short of the best of the best. My Rav4 is even more awesome than it was before and I couldn't be happier with the way the entire dealership has dealt with me. I am definitely a Schaumburg Toyota girl for life - any time I need any work done on my car or if I need a new one - I'm going right back to Schaumburg Toyota and nowhere else. More

The Schaumburg Toyota Dealership is the ONLY dealer that didn’t harass me with calls or talk down to me. Joseph Russano and CJ Manczko dealt very fair and openly with me. Joseph was great in making certain that I got the deal I wanted with all the amenities that made sense for me. He explained all the different options, with their pros and cons, so I could make informed choices. At the time of the deal CJ, the Manager, really made me feel like a valued customer by taking the time to go through the deal and make certain everything I wanted was included. After working with Joseph and CJ I am now a 100% Loyal Schaumburg Toyota Dealership customer. I HIGHLY recommend them and the dealership. More
