Jon was very helpful! I needed to get an oil change and some maintenance work done on my car, but I was going out of town. Jon suggested I drop off my car on Saturday, u I needed to get an oil change and some maintenance work done on my car, but I was going out of town. Jon suggested I drop off my car on Saturday, using the drop box for my keys. He called on Monday to say my car was done and he told me the total due. I reminded him I wasn’t going to be back in town until Wednesday. He said, “No problem!” When my flight came in I took an Uber from the airport to the Schmeltz Countryside. My car was clean and ready and I just had to pay the cashier who gave me my keys. Thank-you, Jon and thank-you Schmeltz Country Volkswagon! More

Nice place and nice people, the financing wasn’t explained very well and the rock chip protection was sold to us as someone coming to our house to service the vehicle, but that isn’t the case, I hav explained very well and the rock chip protection was sold to us as someone coming to our house to service the vehicle, but that isn’t the case, I have to take time off of work to drive 20 miles to go have that service done.
