Best dealership service in my experience I've had Chrysler and VW cars, and I've worked with four different VW dealerships (all of which were superior to Chrysler), and Schmelz Countryside VW I've had Chrysler and VW cars, and I've worked with four different VW dealerships (all of which were superior to Chrysler), and Schmelz Countryside VW is by far the best of all---in every way. Every service representative that's helped me has been excellent, but over the years I've ended up using Shevawn, who is just so fun to work with. She's helped me out with routine and emergency situations, and has made life so much easier for me. A year ago I purchased a car with the help of Ralph Ludden, who was patient, absolutely non-pressuring, and extremely helpful. It was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I love Volkswagen and Schmelz Countryside. More

Sales Dept was helpful I recently purchased a car from Schmelz working with David Reed. David was friendly, and made sure he got an answer for any of my questions. I didn't feel pressured at any point, and the experience was positive overall. The only negative of the experience was waiting almost three hours to talk to finance and finish the deal, and there was only one customer ahead of me. Both of the finance guys were new so hopefully they can improve this side of things. Once it was my turn it only took 15 minutes, so I'm guessing some of the blame lies with the customer in front of me. More
