I did not purchase my Atlas from this dealer. I had service completed on my vehicle and being a new vehicle I had issues with the infotainment screen and the wipers. I was told that I needed an I had service completed on my vehicle and being a new vehicle I had issues with the infotainment screen and the wipers. I was told that I needed an update on the infotainment center and replace the wiper blades. I received poor responses to my wiper issues. The infotainment system they claimed was all good to go with the update. I never received a call that my vehicle was done. Late in the afternoon (5:30 pm) I asked when it would be done. This is when I found it was done. The VW app showed my vehicle in their lot as of 10 am that morning. The issue with the wipers went no where. When I started my vehicle to leave, the infotainment center said it had an update. If it had just been updated, why did I need to update it. Not real happy with the service I received. More
