I purchased my car here 10 years ago and haven't had an issue with it until this past week. One glow plug wouldn't come out. No one else would look at it because it's a diesel. The shop does a nice job, but one of the reasons I brought my vehicle in, besides the 1 year checkup and oil change, was to make sure the Freon was still holding (vehicle is a new 2025 Atlas and was i brought my vehicle in, besides the 1 year checkup and oil change, was to make sure the Freon was still holding (vehicle is a new 2025 Atlas and was in to Schmelz 3 times over the summer due to not working). With this visit, I learned that the Freon was still not holding, and was disappointed to be told next time if the Freon isn’t holding, they will look further into it- making this the 5th time of depleted Freon on my brand new vehicle. More
