I realize that they are "no haggle," but they were GOUGING the price of my trade. After asking for $500 more to make me feel better about the purchase, they wouldn't take it and let me walk! They reduced the price by $1K THE NEXT DAY (via an advertisement)!! So even though THEY KNEW I wanted this car under my financial requirements, they refused to call me and lost my sale by trading it to another dealership. They're so high brow here; they would rather LOSE $$ through a dealer trade vs sell it to me. That aside (which I could almost stomach), Sales Manager Jeff's attitude was incredibly demeaning, immature and embarrassing throughout the entire process. If I wasn't a woman, I thought at one point he was going to punch me for interrupting his spiel. He got up, shoved my paperwork and told me to have a nice day like a big baby. Shame on Schomp for such unprofessional behavior. I had plenty of money to spend, with perfect credit, and a car to buy, but it's evident I'm not good enough for their business or else why didn't they call me the moment the car was reduced? If you're not a millionaire buying a beemer, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Note: Steve is a nice enough guy/conversationalist. TJ was very knowledgeable/straight. These were the friendliest, most professional cardealers I have ever worked with. Usually car salesmen tend to be very pushy but not at Schomp BMW. We bought an '06 325i for a pretty good price. Robb was pretty good to deal with, and came in on his day off to close the deal. Delivery was smooth and the initial transaction was pretty painless. The bad thing is that it was 90 days ago and they still haven't delivered the title paperwork to the DMV. We've had to get the temp tags renewed twice and have wasted hours trying to get this resolved. Schomp states that the title paperwork was messed up due to some incorrect signatures from the previous owner who was from another state. I can understand that things happen, but Schomp has no business putting a "For Sale" sign on a car they don't have a title for in their possession. The fact that they never contacted us to let us know that there was a problem is pretty poor. Add to that when speaking to the people in their title office they were very stoic and just dismissed the issue like it was normal. Even the manager of the dept. was pretty rude. I had 11 months left on my old plate registration, and they've wasted all the credit I would have had if the paperwork had been done in a timely manner. Had it not been for this, we were going to go purchase another BMW from Schomp. Their loss. I'll go to Gebhart instead. More

I have had nothing but poor service from this dealer for 3 years. Service advisor Chris is immature and a poor communicator of solutions to my car's issues. Just horrible. Sales couldn't touch the deals I received elsewhere. Service was negligent and took multiple visits to rectify. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. From first phone call to point of leaving dealership with the car. Bought a 2008 (with less than 4000 miles). Bad Experience ,first with sales person {older guy} redy to lie in first second ,than with sales manager very serios man not frendly at all {scary}.. I would recommend this dealer for sales, William is a great sales person. Had an upside down loan on my trade-in and I knew it would not be easy to get in a new car. The trade-in had a very bad loan as I had gotten it out of need rather than want. Will worked very hard for us calling the credit buyers numerous times to try to work out a deal. Basically it was told to me that I could not get a new car with the trade-in and they couldn't discount a used car enough to get me out of my crappy loan. Will called while I was on my way home telling me that he was able to figure something out and was very sorry he didn't think about it sooner. He offered to pay the bad loan off and get me in an X3 loaner that had 17,000 miles but would be considered new to the credit buyer and maintenance contracts. William Routon is a good guy and would definitely buy from him again. Thanks again Will!!! More

Orginally had a bad experience, but it really wasn't so bad when I look back on it. My SA Chris has done a wonderful job since and I am very happy. I have mixed feelings about thier techs though and that will need to be evaluated at a later date. More

I arranged for my wife and I to look at a two year old Certified BMW with 23,000 miles on it. I've not only owned nearly 50 cars myself, including over ten great Bimmers but I am also an ex-professional Certified BMW with 23,000 miles on it. I've not only owned nearly 50 cars myself, including over ten great Bimmers but I am also an ex-professional mechanic and have extensively repaired everything from cars to high performance aircraft for over a ten year period. The vehicle in question is a Highland Green 2006 X3 with a manual transmission, VIN number: WA32247 and it has badly worn shocks due to who knows what kind of use or poor transportation means. Otherwise the car seems to be what you'd expect for this mileage. On the test drive at freeway speed the rear of the car continued to bounce after initially absorbing dips in the pavement. At low speed on rough pavement the X3 yawed (rotation around the vertical axis) back and forth in simple situations where every other X3 (6) I've driven would have been rock solid on that axis. Despite this, we were still interested and emailed one of our sales reps. I told them that "If it could be looked into and addressed then we'd still be interested as long as the problem isn't a result of an accident." I was told "There's no issue with the suspension that they(service dept.) could detect." If that were the case, they would have sold this X3 that night and had they really looked into this suspension issue then they could have retained a loyal BMW buyer. Also, as of this date Ralph Schomp's website makes it hard to contact anyone of a management capacity via email. More
