ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. From first phone call to point of leaving dealership with the car. Bought a 2008 (with less than 4000 miles). Paul and Jeff were superb...know their business and how to treat customer leaving dealership with the car. Bought a 2008 (with less than 4000 miles). I would recommend this dealer for sales, William is a great sales person. Had an upside down loan on my trade-in and I knew it would not be easy to get in a new car. The trade-in had a very bad loan a great sales person. Had an upside down loan on my trade-in and I knew it would not be easy to get in a new car. The trade-in had a very bad loan as I had gotten it out of need rather than want. Will worked very hard for us calling the credit buyers numerous times to try to work out a deal. Basically it was told to me that I could not get a new car with the trade-in and they couldn't discount a used car enough to get me out of my crappy loan. Will called while I was on my way home telling me that he was able to figure something out and was very sorry he didn't think about it sooner. He offered to pay the bad loan off and get me in an X3 loaner that had 17,000 miles but would be considered new to the credit buyer and maintenance contracts. William Routon is a good guy and would definitely buy from him again. Thanks again Will!!! More
Orginally had a bad experience, but it really wasn't so bad when I look back on it. My SA Chris has done a wonderful job since and I am very happy. Chris has taken care of me every step of the way and I bad when I look back on it. My SA Chris has done a wonderful job since and I am very happy. Chris has taken care of me every step of the way and I apprieciate it beyond words. I will continue to take my X3 here for service, their new service bays are very nice. I have mixed feelings about thier techs though and that will need to be evaluated at a later date. More
I arranged for my wife and I to look at a two year old Certified BMW with 23,000 miles on it. I've not only owned nearly 50 cars myself, including over ten great Bimmers but I am also an ex-professional Certified BMW with 23,000 miles on it. I've not only owned nearly 50 cars myself, including over ten great Bimmers but I am also an ex-professional mechanic and have extensively repaired everything from cars to high performance aircraft for over a ten year period. The vehicle in question is a Highland Green 2006 X3 with a manual transmission, VIN number: WA32247 and it has badly worn shocks due to who knows what kind of use or poor transportation means. Otherwise the car seems to be what you'd expect for this mileage. On the test drive at freeway speed the rear of the car continued to bounce after initially absorbing dips in the pavement. At low speed on rough pavement the X3 yawed (rotation around the vertical axis) back and forth in simple situations where every other X3 (6) I've driven would have been rock solid on that axis. Despite this, we were still interested and emailed one of our sales reps. I told them that "If it could be looked into and addressed then we'd still be interested as long as the problem isn't a result of an accident." I was told "There's no issue with the suspension that they(service dept.) could detect." If that were the case, they would have sold this X3 that night and had they really looked into this suspension issue then they could have retained a loyal BMW buyer. Also, as of this date Ralph Schomp's website makes it hard to contact anyone of a management capacity via email. More
These guys are good - but fairly expensive. They don't necessarily want to see me come in which is ironic given how much the BMW free service is advertised. They missed that a piece of inside trim had fa necessarily want to see me come in which is ironic given how much the BMW free service is advertised. They missed that a piece of inside trim had fallen off of my rain sensor (on a 2007 5-Series!!) which I had to point out to them. Overall - they did get my car fixed sooner than promised - but they seem a bit too busy much of the time. Once my car is not under warranty I would take it to my local mechanic. More
I was charge 1.5 hours of labor to diagnose and replace a blown fuse. I am not a master mechanic, but do know to check the simple things first and was a little disgruntled. When I asked the service manager blown fuse. I am not a master mechanic, but do know to check the simple things first and was a little disgruntled. When I asked the service manager if this was a common problem he said no. The next day the fuse blew again. The service manager said I would be billed labor to further isolate the trouble. Instead of going back to Schomp, I took the car to my local BMW service Autoworks. He quickly told me that there was a Service Bulletin that described my problem exactly. Since my car is under Certified Pre Owned Warantee, I call Schomp back. They said that all of their mechanics go home at 3:00 p.m. and he couldn't confirm the problem and said my mechanic had no right to see BMW Service Bulletins. Long Story Short, don't use Schomp! They are rip offs. More
Do not ever have your BMW serviced at Ralph Schomp. On three separate occassions I've left the dealership and have had new and more expensive problems with my car within 48 hours after leaving the dealers three separate occassions I've left the dealership and have had new and more expensive problems with my car within 48 hours after leaving the dealership. Also, on my last visit I was promised a loaner vehicle. When I arrived they said that they didn't have my loander but could put me on the shuttle, only to realize that the shuttle didn't normally service my part of town on that day. I wasted 2 hours getting to work. Two of the negative service experiences have involved Brian as my service manager. More
I just bought my Z4 3.0 from Brian Neal. He is, by far, the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. For two years he has not only tolerated, but actually welcomed my monthly the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. For two years he has not only tolerated, but actually welcomed my monthly visits to the dealership to look at various BMWs, kick the tires, talk cars, etc. If you are going to buy a BMW, you have to get Brian's assistance. There's no pretentious attitude, etc. Just a friendly, smart-as-xxxx, guy who will treat you better than you've ever been treated. Oh - and the car is great, too! More
I purchased my CPO Wagon from Brian in Oct 2003. I had just totalled my other car and was waiting for the insurance money. They just recieved the wagon the day before. We test drove it and loved it. We told Brian our situation and he held the car for another 4 weeks for a $500 deposit. He also got us approved on BMW Finances at 1.9%.

When going back for service, he remembers my wife, our dogs names and when we purchased it.

If looking for a new car, talk with Brian.
