Their service was excellent, Robert made sure that I will have my new tires on my X5 that afternoon, he was checking quite often on the progress of it in a.midst of so many things, clients he had to take care of. Over the weekend I received a message that the battery in my key needed replacing. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday, it was mostly closed except for Garrett Bourcier who went out to my car, showe my key needed replacing. I wanted to like my experience here. The place is beautiful and has a phenomenal showroom floor. I bought my car approximately 3 months ago. I reached out by seeing the vehicle online an The place is beautiful and has a phenomenal showroom floor. I bought my car approximately 3 months ago. I reached out by seeing the vehicle online and placed a deposit via credit card (more to follow on this) due to me being 1.5 hours away. I drove and really enjoyed the car. I went ahead and got a pre approval and found out my credit union is a vendor direct with with Schomp. Too not complicate anything I went ahead and told them to setup the finance as I know they get a flat to process paperwork. We start paperwork and Austin begins to disappear on me. He comes back with the write back and I noticed taxes were high by a couple thousand dollars. I told him the taxes were incorrect and he begins to argue that they’re correct. Out of simply being tired of debating my taxes I proceed and come to find out now they won’t take my money down on the same card they took a deposit on. Him disappearing led to us being 20 minutes too late to get a cashiers check. He then agrees to drop off the vehicle the following morning. I call to talk to a finance manager the following day and a sales manager and they stood by there system of checking taxes. Approximately a month after I call due to my plates coming due to check on registration. They said it was processed and I can get my plates. I call vehicle registration in Windsor and they let me know that I paid too much on my taxes registration (the dealer could have found this out in a few minutes) then I call Austin out of pure frustration that I was forced to finance greater than I was supposed to. The sales manager calls me back with no real resolution. Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. More
