This M2comp is my 8th BMW. It is the first time I bought one from Schomps. Ace was great to work with. I am a member of the BMW club and have gone to the high performance driving schools for 15 years. I jus one from Schomps. Ace was great to work with. The car is fabulous and I’ll certainly go back to Ace for another car. It was also great to get $500 back from bmw because I am car club member. Customer follow up failure Since I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 last month, I've relied on You Tube for tutorials on the operation of this amazing automobile. Due to the virus it was difficult to talk to anyone on the operations of the car, I was given a business card of an associate which I have left messages for several weeks to arrange time to have my questions answered. I'v never received a return call , even call in the front desk to talk to someone else has failed. TODAY, finally after being cut off from the front desk twice I persisted and finally was referred to Austin Faul who assured me that if I went in tomorrow someone from be available to talk to. More

Generally the service department personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. I was getting a brake fluid warning in July of 2019. I checked fluid levels and they were okay. I had just been in for knowledgeable and courteous. I was getting a brake fluid warning in July of 2019. I checked fluid levels and they were okay. I had just been in for service in June and called them about the light, two different times about the warning light. I was told that maybe the tech didn't reset the light or I could come in and have them look at it. I declined and accepted their explanation as feasible. I checked my maintenance book and it showed no brake service required until the sixth oil change. When I came for the 2020 scheduled maintenance, I was told that there was a brake fluid flush due last year but my maintenance warranty had expired. I think they should have known it was due last July when I called them, when the vehicle was still under warranty. Surprise, they knew right away when I pulled in for the 2020 maintenance and wanted to charge me for it. To me it was very suspicious that they would know the reason after the warranty had expired and not when it was under warranty. Thus the mediocre rating. More

Great to work with Connor Hanlon My wife Kym and I recently had the opportunity to work with Connor Hanlon on the purchase of a 2017 CPO BMW 330i MSport wagon, and it was a great expe My wife Kym and I recently had the opportunity to work with Connor Hanlon on the purchase of a 2017 CPO BMW 330i MSport wagon, and it was a great experience. Kym had seen an ad on the Schomp website for the wagon, which she had been desiring ever since we let our 2015 wagon go after the end of its' lease period. This one is very close in configuration to the one we had, so she decided that we should see what it would cost us. Connor was able to help us determine the packages and options it had and setup a test drive for us, and that's all it took! We have previously purchased or leased 10 other BMW's from Schomp over the last 20 years, so it was great to be able to work with someone as pleasant as Connor in this epidemic time period. We will continue to look to Connor and Schomp BMW for any leasing or purchase needs in the future. More
