This dealership deserves a one star review for the following reasons. This Ralph Schomp lacks professionalism and business ethics among other issues. Mainly in the service department. I was spoken to following reasons. This Ralph Schomp lacks professionalism and business ethics among other issues. Mainly in the service department. I was spoken to and treated with disrespect when bringing up an issue with how my car was treated during service. The lack of professionalism and disrespect I received will ensure I not only take my business elsewhere but also ensure I never recommend a Honda or this dealership to anybody as long as I live. If this dealership had any integrity they would not only fire the gentleman who I spoke with but also consider a complete audit of their current employees to ensure this will never happen again. I’m sure this won’t happen though because only a business that is run with professionalism and integrity would actually do something about these types of issues. So at the very least I will leave this review and warn any potential customers for the futures how bad and shady this dealership is. More

Don't purchase the One Protect service agreement with Schomp. They own One Protect (conflict of interest anyone?) and One Protect refused to approve a repair and I have the Platinum protection plan. The splash plate on my Honda Civic is coming loose and they refuse to cover the repair claiming the splash plate is trim -- which is not covered. AI says that a splash plate is NOT trim. Trim is decorative. A splash plate is under the car. Certainly not decorative. I asked to escalate the claim. No one ever contacted me. More
