We weren't disappointed. When we decided to buy a new car, we returned to Schomp because our sales and service experience was so good the first time. We weren't disappointed. Unusual as it may be, Schomp's slogan, "one price, one person, one hour" is consistently lived out in the quality of their products, the sparkling look of the dealership and the honest, respectful, knowledgable level of the staff. As promised, Steve walked (or drove) us through the entire process, exploring our needs, clearly explaining the product choices and financing options and closing the sale -- no bait and switch or managers arriving with different "deals". Much has changed since we bought our now old Accord, but once we selected our CRV, Steve and Jasmine, the Product Pro, took the time we needed to confidently operate our new vehicle, while encouraging us to call or come back if we want addiitonal help mastering the new features. To sum up, we love our new car and are more than satisfied with our Schomp experience. We will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
