I initially spoke with him on the phone and he was patient, informative, and most importantly, made me feel welcome and comfortable. I never felt like anyone was trying to be sales-y or pushy, they had pricing that was competitive and was actually lower than other dealerships around. Everything was made easy by him and his team and there was excellent communication throughout the process! Over the top redemption! My 18 year son had searched thousands of cars online to find a car he liked within his budget. He had saved for a car and was being very particluar. Which is why we went over an hour away on a Monday night to Schomp Honda to see and test drive the used car he wanted. Cruz was fantastic, so excited for us and very up front and friendly, but in the end we drive home without it because of $178 difference that our son didn't have. However, after broken hearts and big disappointment, Cruz contacted our son the very next day and said they could make it work within his budget!! Wonderful! But would they be willing to hold it a couple days for us to be able to get back to the dealership? No, but even better! Cruz delivered it to our house that night!!! What was a rollercoaster of an experience, it ended in the best way possible. A Schomp representative going over the top to get our son his first car and...final price was less than budget!! God is good, Schomp guys were a blessing!!! More
